Fees & Charges

All of our residents are asked to pay a basic daily fee, deducted from your aged care or disability support pension. This fee goes towards covering all of your day-to-day living costs such as meals, cleaning, laundry, use of amenities and activities.
All of your personal and medical care – change to clinical care is also covered under this fee, provided you have assets below $51,500.00. Should your assets exceed this amount, you may incur additional charges which will be calculated based on your individual financial circumstances. These fees are regulated by the Australian Government. For more information about fees, please visit My Aged Care.

We also offer a home to residents who have few personal care needs, but are in need of secure affordable housing and community support.

Like our Australian Government funded residents, unfunded residents are required to contribute part of their pension to cover their day to day living costs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute our Community’s operations through helping out in the kitchen or tending to our gardens.

Medication & Pharmaceutical Costs

In addition to the fees and charges associated with your care and accommodation, you are required to pay for your pharmaceutical costs which includes all medications as prescribed by your treating doctor. We provide all of our residents with an invoice at the end of each month detailing the costs and the amount payable.
